Our Definition of an Exceptional Practitioner
We believe exceptional healthcare practitioners bring more than clinical knowledge and technical skills to the treatment room.
You may be the right fit if you:
- Take pride in everything you do.
- Are genuinely passionate about acupuncture and patient care.
- Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills.
- Are trustworthy, dependable, and accountable.
- Bring a positive, solutions-oriented, can-do attitude.
- Think independently and take initiative.
- Enjoy collaborating and sharing professional knowledge with other healthcare practitioners.
- Are committed to continuous education and professional improvement.
- Prioritize individualized, evidence-informed treatment and patient outcomes.
- Understand the importance of patient retention and building lasting skilled relationships.
- Are motivated to develop a full and consistent treatment schedule.
- View acupuncture as a long-term profession and independent business, rather than simply a job.
Who This Opportunity Is Best Suited For
This opportunity is designed for an established, business-minded acupuncturist who wants the independence of running their own practice without the responsibility of operating an entire clinic.
We are particularly interested in practitioners who already have an active patient base, are comfortable promoting their own services, and have the drive to build a consistently busy practice.
We are not seeking someone who depends on a clinic to provide a steady stream of current patients, manage their schedule, or market their services.
We value professional independence, clinical excellence, reliability, initiative, and long-term commitment.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining:
- Your acupuncture qualifications, registration, and professional experience.
- Your current clientele and plans for growing your practice.
- Your preferred working days and long-term availability.
- Your reasons for wanting to join Co-Share Wellness Group.
- Professional references from previous employers or clinic owners.
We look forward to connecting with dedicated, entrepreneurial acupuncture practitioners who are ready to take ownership of their professional success.
