Professional Cleaning Experience Required

Qualifications:

- Has previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Has a valid BC driver's license —an asset, but not required

Position: Cleaner / Organizer

Location: Based in Vancouver, serving clients throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential cleaning according to company standards and individual client needs
- Dust, tidy, vacuum, mop, and sanitize areas throughout the home
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens to a consistently high standard
- Empty garbage and dispose of waste appropriately for select clients
- Safely and effectively use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Manage time effectively while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Identify problems, think critically, and use sound judgment when unexpected situations arise
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect in every client's home

Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team




- Robust critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliability, accountability, and good judgment
- Openness to coaching, feedback, and continued development
- Robust customer service skills
- Valid BC driver's license is considered an asset, but is not required

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour

- Our working hours range from 8:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday dependent on the day. We work on an averaging agreement. Please confirm you'll be able to work within our current operating hours.
