EXPERIENCED DISHWASHER

Pasta D’Angelo is a growing pasta manufacturer located in Port Moody, BC. With continued double-digit growth and the launch of our recent retail product line, we are expanding our production team and hiring for four new full-time positions.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work. This position offers an chance to learn, develop new skills, and grow with an established local food manufacturer.

As a Dishwasher, you’ll help keep kitchen operations clean, organized, and ready for service. You’ll wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils, maintain tidy work areas, and support a smooth flow between kitchen tasks. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works reliably as part of a team, and is comfortable in a busy food service environment.

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food preparation equipment using established procedures.
- Keep dishwashing stations, floors, and surrounding kitchen areas clean and orderly.




- Sort and store clean items so cooks and serving staff can access what they need promptly.
- Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed, following safe food handling practices.

Hours - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm (times subject to change depending on volume). This is a permanent 40 hours per week plus overtime position.

Requirements

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow sanitation and food handling procedures while working cooperatively in a busy kitchen.

Essential: Restaurant, kitchen, food preparation, cooking, food service, hotel, serving, or hospitality experience; familiarity with dishwashing routines. Past experience in a dishwashing position and the ability to work quickly and efficiently is essential. Our production kitchen is very busy and fast paced.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
