Summary

As a Front End Loader Operator, you’ll support ready-mix concrete operations by handling materials with care. Your impact: dependable loader work helps keep concrete production supplied, supporting contractors as they serve their construction customers.
Responsibilities

- Operate a front end loader to move and manage materials for ready-mix operations.
- Load materials as needed to support concrete production.
- Work safely around equipment, materials and coworkers.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report maintenance concerns.
- Coordinate with coworkers to support day-to-day plant operations.
- Qualifications




- Relevant front end loader operation skills.
- Heavy equipment operation skills.
- Preferred: mechanical knowledge for recognizing equipment concerns.
- Preferred: construction experience.
- Preferred: experience with related equipment such as dozers, backhoes, excavators, graders or Caterpillar machinery.
