We are a boutique HR consulting firm specializing in employee engagement surveys and insights. We are seeking an experienced HR consultant fluent in French and English to support a client project through survey results presentations and manager webinars.

This role involves presenting employee engagement findings to Human Resources and Senior Leadership teams, facilitating discussions, and helping managers understand their results and develop practical action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver employee engagement survey results presentations in French to HR and Senior Leadership teams
- Facilitate manager webinars in French on interpreting survey results and developing action plans
- Explain key findings, strengths, opportunities, and recommendations clearly and confidently
- Lead discussions and respond to audience questions
- Collaborate with our internal team to review findings and prepare for each session
- Provide cultural and linguistic context to ensure presentations are clear and relevant to the audience

Requirements:

- Professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to present and answer questions confidently in both languages
- Experience in HR consulting, employee engagement, or organizational development
- Solid presentation,



facilitation, and virtual training skills
- Ability to interpret survey data and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Comfortable facilitating discussions with HR professionals, senior leaders, and people managers

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience presenting employee engagement or culture survey results
- Experience facilitating manager training or action planning workshops
- Experience working with French-speaking teams in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada
- Background in HR, organizational psychology, or business consulting

Additional Details:

- Remote, project-based consulting engagement
- Anticipated project duration: 1–2 months
- Estimated commitment: 10–15 total hours over the engagement, including preparation, coordination, and session delivery
