Pokerrito Renfrew is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Senior Crew Member to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment and are ready to take on additional responsibilities, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow into a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and ensure a outstanding guest experience.
- Prepare poke bowls and sushi burritos according to company standards.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, including food preparation and cleaning.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste tracking.
- Support and train team members while setting a positive example.
- Help coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Assist the supervisor with team coordination and operational responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A reliable, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and support other team members.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Leadership potential and a genuine interest in career advancement.
What We Offer
- Starting wage of $18.50/hour.
