As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team development, and business growth. As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll work closely with our sales and management teams, connect with customers in person, and learn the skills needed to take on more responsibility over time. No previous management experience is required—we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow.

Responsibilities of the Sales Team Lead:

- Support daily sales and business development activities that create new customer opportunities as a Sales Team Lead.
- Connect with customers through friendly, professional, and engaging in-person interactions.
- Build positive customer relationships by listening to their needs and helping connect them with the right solutions.
- Assist with coaching and supporting new team members as you develop your own leadership skills as a Sales Team Lead.
- Work alongside the management team to reach individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Help create a positive customer experience while representing our clients professionally.




- Take on new responsibilities as you grow your sales, communication, and leadership skills as a Sales Team Lead.

Qualities and Skills We’re Looking For in a Sales Team Lead:

- A degree or background in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, technology, or another people-focused role is a plus.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting and speaking with recent people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with customers and teammates.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and try new things.
- Goal-oriented and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a team.
- Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Open to feedback and excited to develop new skilled skills.
- No previous management experience is required. We provide the coaching and hands-on experience needed to help a Sales Team Lead grow into greater responsibility.
