What You’ll Be Doing:

- Warmly greeting customers as they walk through the door
- Helping connect shoppers with available sales staff
- Answering incoming calls with a positive tone, directing inquiries, and delivering messages promptly
- Accurately invoicing customer purchases
- Keeping counter areas clean, organized, and safe for everyone

- Outgoing and enjoy chatting with customers
- Upbeat, approachable, and genuinely enjoy providing great service
- Detail-oriented with clear, confident communication skills




- Eager to learn current tasks and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Dependable, responsible, and always on time
- Available to work evenings and weekends

Bonus Skills That Stand Out:

- At least 6 months of experience with a point-of-sale system
- At least 6 months of cash-handling experience
