Responsibilities

- Perform residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

- Follow our cleaning checklist and company standards

- Work efficiently as part of a team





- Show up on time and ready to work

- Communicate professionally with clients and team members

- Deliver high-quality results on every clean

Requirements

- Reliable and hardworking

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace

- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the day

- Basic English communication skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

- Ability to travel between jobs (Victoria, Langford, Colwood, Sooke)
