We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Repair Technician to join our team, servicing household appliances at customers' homes throughout Winnipeg.

Previous appliance repair experience is an asset, but not required. However, hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and physical repair work is essential. We'll provide the appliance-specific training and support you need.

This is an on-site, hands-on repair position, not an IT, software support, or remote position.

What You'll Do

- Visit customers' homes across Winnipeg to diagnose and repair household appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens.
- Identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Provide customers with repair estimates.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with our dispatch team, who will assist with scheduling appointments and managing daily service calls.

What We're Looking For

Required:





- Previous hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics, or equipment repair.
- Practical experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and physically repairing equipment.
- Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn new technical skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Availability for a full-time workload in Winnipeg.

An Advantage, but Not Required:

- Previous appliance repair experience.
- Experience working with multimeters, electrical circuits, motors, or electronic components.
- Previous field service or maintenance experience.
