Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reach and Pallet Jack Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving products and materials throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Location: 32 First Line, Elora, ON N0B 1S0, Canada
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (During Training) - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties

- Operate Reach and double pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Must be able to lift constantly 40lbs throughout the entire shift.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are correctly selected for shipment.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency in the warehouse.

Experience

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution is preferred, with a focus on operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Basic math skills are essential for inventory management and order verification.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.

Pay: $22.15-$24.15 per hour

Licence/Certification:
