About Lion One:
Lion One Metals is developing the high grade Tuvatu Alkaline Gold Project on the island of Viti Levu, Fiji. We are committed to responsible mining and to working closely with our local communities.

The role:
The Environmental Officer will carry out environmental monitoring and help the site meet its permit conditions and environmental management plan.

Key responsibilities:

- Collect water, air, noise and soil samples and keep monitoring records up to date.
- Inspect work areas and help teams follow environmental procedures.
- Prepare monthly environmental reports for management and regulators.
- Support rehabilitation, waste management and sediment control work.




- Help with environmental training and community engagement activities.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in environmental monitoring, ideally in mining or construction.
- Positive report writing and computer skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
