ColdFuel is looking for an experienced Mechanical Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical services sales who understands how to develop new business, build long-term client relationships, and close service, maintenance, retrofit, and installation opportunities.

The ideal candidate should already be comfortable working with commercial and industrial customers such as property managers, factories, warehouses, restaurants, retail locations, contractors, and building owners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new commercial and industrial accounts
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships
- Meet with customers and identify HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service opportunities
- Sell service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, replacements, and new installations
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Work closely with our estimating, service, and operations teams
- Track opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Follow projects from initial contact through closing

Requirements:





- Previous sales experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical contracting, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and close business
- Existing relationships within the commercial property, construction, industrial, or facility-management industries are a strong asset
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to client locations within the GTA

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission.

Compensation will depend on experience, industry knowledge, existing relationships, and proven sales performance.

High earning potential for a strong salesperson who can consistently generate and close commercial opportunities.
