Shuttle Driver

Enjoy driving and helping people? Cambridge Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to help our customers get where they need to go while their vehicles are with us. You will be a welcoming face of the dealership, providing safe, timely transportation and courteous service on every trip.

What you will do

- Transport customers safely to and from their requested destinations, planning efficient routes and coordinating pickup and drop-off times with the Service team.
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs and respond professionally to questions or concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures, adjust driving to road and weather conditions, and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean inside and out, check its condition regularly and report maintenance needs.
- Complete trip records, paperwork and basic computer entries accurately and on time.
- Stay in regular contact with your manager and dealership team about customer needs, schedules and delays.




- Help keep the service area and shared workspaces clean and organized, and assist other departments as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and stay familiar with Ford vehicles, features and dealership promotions.

What you bring

- A valid driver’s licence and a satisfactory driving abstract.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- A friendly, professional approach with robust communication and listening skills.
- Good organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Dependability, initiative and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Sound judgment when handling customer concerns and explaining safety requirements.
- Basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Previous automotive experience is an asset.
