Sparrow Hotels is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join the team at Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be an important part of creating a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure guests feel welcomed, supported and well cared for throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities include:

- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional guest service.
- Answer phones, guest questions and requests.
- Resolve guest concerns using appropriate service recovery practices.
- Process guest payments and ensure transactions are accurate.
- Maintain accurate guest information in the hotel PMS.
- Upsell rooms and hotel services where appropriate.
- Communicate guest concerns or outstanding requests to management.
- Follow all hotel procedures and standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support a great guest experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Minimum 1 year of hotel Front Desk experience, preferably in a busy hotel environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust problem-solving skills and good judgment.




- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
