Join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance and play an essential role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. In this position, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and smooth operation of hotel facilities, helping ensure everything is well-maintained and functioning properly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance will contribute to our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, 4 days a week, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on maintenance work and wants to be part of a agile hospitality team.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
- Conduct repairs involving, electrical work, or mechanical components.
- Assist with facilities upkeep such as painting, carpentry, and general cleaning tasks to maintain the hotel’s appearance.
- Supervise or coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment status to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications





- Proven supervising experience in facilities or maintenance roles within the hospitality or manufacturing industries.
- Strong electrical experience complemented by mechanical knowledge and familiarity with schematics.
- Ability to operate welding tools and perform mechanical repairs confidently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
