As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you provide respectful, practical support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. You assist with personal care, household tasks, meals, and routines while responding attentively to each person’s needs. Your impact: reliable, compassionate care helps individuals feel supported and gives families and care teams greater confidence in daily routines.

Responsibilities

- Provide caregiving and senior care, including support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Assist with daily routines and medication administration, following established care instructions and communicating relevant observations to the care team.
- Prepare meals and complete light cleaning to help maintain a comfortable, secure living environment.
- Support individuals in home care,



assisted living, or nursing home settings with patience, respect, and attention to personal preferences.

Location: Markham and Mississauga

Language: Cantonese

Qualifications

Required: Cantonese Speaker Practical caregiving skills, clear communication, patience, and the ability to assist with daily care, meal preparation, cleaning, and medication routines attentively. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, disability support, dementia care, medication administration, or home care experience that strengthens your ability to adapt support to individual needs.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
