What you'll do

- Handle ICBC Autoplan renewals, new plates, transfers and policy changes
- Give clear quotes and explain coverage options
- Process transactions in ICBC PolicyCenter and our office systems
- Keep client files accurate and follow up with clients
- Work with a friendly branch team to keep things running smoothly

What you need

- Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
- ICBC Autoplan experience is an asset; new licence holders are welcome
- Valuable customer service and clear spoken and written English
- Careful with details
- Able to work in person at our Coquitlam office

Nice to have

- Plans to get your Level 2 licence
- A second language such as Korean, Mandarin,
