Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years experience, to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law, including divorce, child custody, and adoption matters. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to provide compassionate legal support to clients navigating challenging personal circumstances. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and providing sound legal advice.

Responsibilities

- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and adoption processes.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
- Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process.




- Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and practices.

Experience

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and a valid license to practice law.
- Proven experience in family law or related areas is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Strong skills in negotiation, legal drafting, research, and writing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients facing emotional challenges.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
