Job Summary

- Total amount of hours per week is conditional on weather.
- Assist with snow and ice removal to keep walkways, driveways, parking areas accessible during winter weather.
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions and support seasonal landscape and property maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow site safety procedures, use equipment responsibly, and work collaboratively with the crew.
- This is a paid position. Applicants should be prepared for physically active work, including standing, walking, lifting, and working on uneven or slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

- Shovel, clear, and spread materials on paths and other designated areas.
- Operate or assist with snow-removal equipment and vehicles when trained and authorized.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely for snow removal and related maintenance.
- Inspect tools and equipment before and after use; report damage or safety concerns.




- Support general maintenance, landscape maintenance, and seasonal property upkeep.
- Help move materials, maintain tidy work areas, and follow instructions from the site supervisor.
- Apply secure work practices around machinery, traffic, and changing ground conditions.

Skills

- Ability to work outdoors in cold, wet, and snowy conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, snowblowers and basic maintenance practices.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience inspecting or caring for equipment are assets.
- Dependability, attention to safety, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
