Overview

The Senior Property Manager coordinates property operations, administrative processes, and customer relationships. This role combines property management with explicit communication, organized recordkeeping, and practical problem-solving to support smooth day-to-day service.

Duties

- Coordinate property management activities and respond to customer inquiries with professional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and customer relationship management systems; use Yardi and CMMS tools where applicable.
- Support sales discussions and negotiate solutions while maintaining constructive customer relationships.
- Apply office and administrative experience to organize workflows and keep property information accessible to colleagues.

Requirements

Required: Practical property management, customer service, communication, data entry, and organizational capabilities are essential for coordinating operations, maintaining records, and responding professionally to inquiries. Preferred: Office and administrative experience, familiarity with Yardi, CMMS, and customer relationship management systems, plus sales, negotiation, filing, and phone etiquette skills, can strengthen your effectiveness in supporting property operations and positive customer relationships.

Pay: $96,000.00-$136,000.00 per year
