Repair mining equipment electrical systems as an Underground Electromechanic Class II at Raglan Mine in Nunavik. Work a 14/14 rotating schedule.

This permanent, unionized position supports maintenance supervisors at the Raglan Mine Site. You will service heavy and mining equipment fleets through troubleshooting, repairs, telemetry work, and preventive maintenance. The position combines underground equipment maintenance with electrical and electronic circuit expertise. It requires a skilled degree in electromechanics of automated systems or related training, plus at least five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair electrical components and circuits on heavy equipment fleets
- Troubleshoot, repair, and analyze fleet equipment breakdowns




- Install telemetry and proximity sensing systems
- Maintain and calibrate underground truck fleet scales
- Perform scheduled and preventive fleet maintenance

Requirements:

- Professional degree in electromechanics or a related field
- At least five years of mining equipment or electromechanics experience
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and general explosives permit
- Remote operating systems experience is an asset
