YOUR MISSIONSPOSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the Controller is responsible for overseeing accounting operations and managing the Finance and Accounting team. The incumbent ensures the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the financial information across all entities within the Group.
The Controller establishes, enhances,



and ensures the consistent application of accounting processes and internal controls in accordance with applicable Canadian accounting standards, including ASPE and ASNPO, as well as Canadian and U.
S. regulatory and tax requirements. The role ensures that financial statements accurately reflect the financial position of the entities and contributes to audit engagements, financing activities, and other related financial reporting requirements.
