Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective coaching and support
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff members to build a strong, capable team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices




- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and restaurant management practices
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in restaurant management, including interviewing potential staff members and supervising shifts

Pay: $18.25-$31.59 per hour
