Job Summary
We are an SMMA (Marketing Agency) seeking a HIGH DRIVE, HIGH DETAIL, proactive Remote Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will champion our clients’ journey by fostering strong relationships, ensuring their success, and driving customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm for client engagement, combined with your expertise in project management, monitoring advertising campaigns, and overseeing profits, will help us deliver exceptional value and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Monitor Meta Campaign Performance for our clients (Medspa Owners)
- Develop strategy on campaigns/offers to run for Medspa owners that will result in the highest return on their ad spend budget & investment
- Client Account Set-up- Create/Update landing pages, funnels, workflows in Go High Level
- Lead Client Onboarding Process -- gaining access to FB Business manager, syncing booking softwares via Zapier & Go High Level, etc
- Develop and nurture deep relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and strategic guidance
- Manage client accounts proactively, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions and timely communication




- Utilize Clickup to track client onboarding processes, interactions, monitor health scores, and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular analysis of client data to assess satisfaction levels and potential risks or issues
- Provide insights on customer feedback to internal teams to enhance marketing strategies, and service delivery experience

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in the advertising agency industry
- Experience in the medical spa, aesthetics, or similar field
- Proven experience in project management and account management
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management tool Go High Level
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer success roles, with a focus on customer retention and growth
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
