Hourly Rate: $20 - $22.00 Hourly

Work Term: Start immediately - End Spring 2027

The Kings Mutual Century Center “KMCC” or to many locals the ‘Apple Dome’, owned and operated by a volunteer board of directors known as the Berwick & District Community Association, is seeking a reliable and responsible Rink Attendant to join our team. This position supports the overall operation and cleanliness of our rink facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable setting for all users. This work term is currently posted for the remainder of this ice season BUT may be negotiated for a return for the 2027/28 ice season

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain dressing rooms, washrooms,



and common areas Ensure overall cleanliness and sanitation of the rink area and surrounding facility Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed Monitor facility use and follow safety protocols Operate the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) to maintain ice quality

Qualifications:

- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean facility Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience operating a Zamboni or similar equipment is an asset (training available)

The successful applicant will be required to provide satisfactory references and a clear criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check.
