(Entry-Level) Assistant Equipment Technician

This position is located in Rosenort, MB - roughly 35 minutes south of Winnipeg.

Our client is currently looking for an Assistant Transportation & Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the transport team, ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained and ready for operation during regular business hours.

No experience required - all training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily safety inspections on transport equipment.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance for trailers, pilot trucks, and other equipment.
- Load tanks onto trailers for transport.
- Assist production teams with pulling tanks when required.




- Pick up and deliver materials or equipment as needed for production and transport.
- Drive pilot trucks or transport tanks when requested.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on maintaining quality and efficiency in all tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
