Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, from understanding their needs to completing purchases. You’ll help maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor and contribute to smooth daily store operations.

Duties

- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and recommend suitable products; demonstrate features and explain technology products clearly.
- Complete sales and transactions using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and provide courteous service at checkout and by phone.
- Maintain merchandising displays, replenish products, and keep the sales area organized and presentable.
- Support sales through relevant upselling, clear communication, and effective time management.
- Warehouse duties, receiving, order packing

Qualifications

Required: Strong customer service and communication skills,



basic math, accurate cash handling, and confidence using POS systems are essential for assisting customers and processing purchases. English proficiency supports clear service. Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, or technology sales experience; product demonstration skills, and strengths in sales, phone etiquette, and organization. Your impact: Helpful recommendations and accurate transactions make shopping easier for customers and support reliable store operations.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.0 – 40.0 per week
