Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our fence installation team. This role involves performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. Employees will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and effectively.

Full time position is available immediately and wage is based on experience. Room for growth within the company.

Duties

- Assist in the installation of a variety of fencing products (vinyl, chainlink, wood, ornamental as well as highway barrier products).
- Assist with the loading of trucks/trailers, & operating machinery.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.





Requirements

- Previous experience in fencing or construction related fields is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Valid class 5 (or higher) drivers license with clean 3 yr abstract an asset.
- CSTS/WHMIS, Fork Lift, Skid Steer or First Aid Certificates considered an asset.
- Action-oriented, self-starter attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working outside in a variety of weather.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, willing to follow direction closely.
- Available to work on projects that require being away from home for an extended period of time. Live out allowance provided.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
