Business Development & Sales Associate – Mining, Oil & Gas & Industrial Sectors
MYNWELL | Toronto, ON (In-Office 5 days/week) | $80,000 CAD base + commissions

MYNWELL is hiring a Business Development & Sales Associate to drive lead generation, sales opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement in the mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

We specialize in on-site medical, physical and mental health programs for remote and industrial workforces—treating workers as Industrial Athletes through physical therapy, injury prevention, ergonomics, mental health support, and more.

What you’ll do:

- Prospect and generate qualified leads from mining companies, oil & gas operators, and industrial sites
- Conduct outbound outreach, research decision-makers, and schedule meetings/calls for our directors
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, complementary providers, and sector stakeholders
- Represent MYNWELL at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions; follow up on opportunities generated
- Manage pipeline activity and partnership progress in our CRM and provide regular reporting
- Support the team in communicating the value of onsite wellness programs in sales, partnership, and event settings





What we’re looking for:

- B2B sales or business development experience (industrial, mining, oil & gas, safety, or related preferred); partnership or event experience is a plus
- Solid outreach, communication, networking, and organizational skills
- CRM experience and comfort with proactive selling and relationship-building
- Interest in resource/industrial sectors and occupational health & safety
- Self-starter who can work closely with leadership and travel for events or meetings

Compensation: $80,000 CAD base salary + commissions (performance-based, uncapped potential). Health benefits provided
