We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Osmow’s Shawarma Airdrie as a Crew Staff.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer while helping ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet every customer warmly with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service while taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain menu items, meal options, promotions, and available upgrades to customers.
- Ensure orders are prepared and handed out correctly, including all requested modifications, sauces, and condiments.
- Process cash, debit, credit, and other payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen, wrap, and grill team members to ensure timely order completion.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Follow company standards for customer service, food safety, cleanliness,



and personal hygiene.
- Assist with takeout, delivery, and online orders, ensuring they are complete and properly packaged.
- Verify receipts and order details before handing orders to customers or delivery drivers.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Restock front counter supplies, packaging, sauces, napkins, and other essentials.
- Assist team members with additional duties during busy periods to support smooth store operations.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
