Overview

Operate saw, punch press, and brake press equipment to produce accurate components in a manufacturing workplace. Follow work instructions, handle materials safely, and support consistent production quality.

Duties

- Set up and operate saws, punch presses, and press brake machines; monitor equipment and adjust settings to maintain accurate output.
- Read blueprints, use calipers and hand tools, and apply basic math to verify dimensions and completed work.
- Perform quality inspections, organize materials, and assist with assembly while following established safety and production procedures.

Requirements

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, basic math, blueprint reading, and the ability to use hand tools and calipers for machining, equipment operation, and quality inspection. Preferred: Manufacturing experience and familiarity with CNC equipment, CNC programming, CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC lathe or milling machines, welding, crane or forklift operation, and assembly.

Pay: $19.33-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
