Key Responsibilities

- Diagnostics & Repair: Perform automotive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical schematics and technical manuals to swiftly isolate and resolve equipment issues.
- Welding & Fabrication: Execute basic welding and structural repair tasks aligned with your current training and comfort level.




- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work station, keeping track of shop tools and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Team & Client Communication: Collaborate openly with colleagues and advisors; provide polite, clear updates regarding vehicle progress and timelines.

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

- Proven Capability: Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience using hand and power tools safely.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of a busy shop floor, including comfortable heavy lifting.
- Professional Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong customer-service focus.
- Bonus Points (Preferred):
- Previous experience working within an automotive dealership or busy independent shop.
- Formal trade enrollment, active apprenticeship level status, or valid Red Seal / Journeyman ticket.
- Direct structural welding or fabrication experience

Pay: $32.00-$55.00 per hour
