Sales & Print Associate – The UPS Store #346

Location: Belleville, Ontario

The UPS Store #346 is looking for an energetic, reliable, and sales-driven associate who can provide excellent customer service, confidently recommend products and services, and handle daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and courier services.
- Actively upsell packaging solutions, boxes, printing, and other store services.
- Prepare shipments, securely package items, tape boxes, and provide accurate quotes.
- Operate and learn commercial printing equipment, including Konica Minolta printers, paper cutters, and finishing equipment.
- Assist with printing, copying, cutting, and completing customer print orders.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain an organized store.
- Independently open and close the store when scheduled.

What We're Looking For

- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident, outgoing,



and comfortable with sales and upselling.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Able to learn new equipment and procedures quickly.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, retail sales, or commercial printing is a strong asset.

Availability

- Must be available for shifts starting at 9:00 AM or ending at 6:30 PM on weekdays.
- Weekend availability required; hours vary.
- Must be dependable and comfortable handling opening and closing responsibilities.
