Location: Windsor, ON (project sites in Windsor–Essex and across southwestern Ontario) Job type: Part time Pay: $25 per hour (about 10–20 hours per month at one active site; hours grow as more projects start) Start: December 2026 About the role You perform Willow Clover Homes' formal, documented safety inspections. Twice a week at each active site — at the start and middle of the work week — you inspect, record findings of fact on a standard checklist, and file your report the same day. Deficiencies are tracked until verified closed. This role requires a competent person under Ontario's construction regulations: knowledge, training, and experience in construction safety, and familiarity with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. It is not a no-experience role; an experienced or semi-retired tradesperson with safety training is the ideal fit. What you'll do - Inspect equipment, structures, access and egress,
