Shape assessment measurement at the Education Quality and Accountability Office through CTT, IRT, and advanced educational statistics. Work in Toronto on permanent assessment analysis. EQAO’s Psychometrics and Advanced Analytics Unit is seeking an experienced Psychometrician. The position supports large-scale educational assessment design, development, validation, analysis, and reporting. You will interpret assessment data, conduct research, and provide technical advice to assessment teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychometric and statistical analyses of assessment data
- Interpret assessment results to support reporting
- Provide technical guidance on assessment development and implementation
- Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and external partners




- Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of provincial education assessments and system reporting
- Expertise in Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory
- Knowledge of item calibration, test equating, and missing data procedures
- Demonstrated programming skills using R, Python, SAS, or SQL
