This Manager, Marketing and Business Development role leads proposal development and guides Business Line Specialists and Proposal Coordinators. You will shape pursuit strategy, analyze solicitations, create compliance matrices, and coordinate technical teams and subconsultants. The position also supports strategic pursuits, client presentations, conferences, and account programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide specialists and coordinators creating proposals and initiatives
- Establish themes and win messaging aligned with requirements
- Ensure compliance, quality, reviews, and final submission oversight




- Coordinate technical teams and subconsultants for cohesive submissions
- Support presentations, client debriefs, and lessons-learned activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years’ marketing experience in environmental consulting, mining, or relevant industries
- Proven complex proposal, capture, and strategic pursuit experience
- Ability to influence senior leadership and align corporate objectives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Bring proposal compliance, capture planning, and environmental consulting experience to Ensero Solutions’ Canadian business development team.
