Lead Splitsville’s entertainment centre operations with budget ownership, commercial performance, and hands-on team leadership in an autonomous General Manager role. Shape a safe, fun environment for guests and employees. As General Manager, you will run a busy Splitsville centre across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling. You will manage budgets and KPIs while driving profit performance and sales. Coaching, developing, and motivating your team supports outstanding guest service and repeat visits.
