Lead plant reliability at Drax in Meadowbank, British Columbia, using preventive maintenance, predictive programs, and protected equipment repairs. Drive zero-carbon energy operations. The Maintenance Supervisor leads safe maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, mobile, general equipment, and facility systems. You will oversee technically trained teams, coach colleagues, and hold work accountable. The position requires maintenance leadership, reliability improvement, work-order control, and strong safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute site maintenance activities safely
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Assess equipment reliability and solve plant problems
- Track contractor and maintenance work through work orders




- Apply Root Cause Analysis to improve reliability

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of progressive maintenance leadership experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating technical teams
- Engineer, Technician, or Certified Tradesperson background
- Valid Driver's License required for employment
