The Finance Manager coordinates financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting procedures, and year-end preparation. This position analyzes results, identifies variances, and provides management with timely financial information. Collaboration includes senior management, external accountants, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Review balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules
- Prepare accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and month-end journal entries
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and concerns
- Maintain general ledger records and investigate unusual transactions




- Coordinate external accountant audit or review engagements

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- Solid understanding of financial controls and procedures
- Accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiency Use financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and controls expertise to strengthen accounting accuracy and management decision-making.
