Lead clinical care excellence at Levante Living while supporting resident dignity, independence, and infection prevention across retirement living communities. As Director of Wellness, you will lead clinical teams and maintain current resident care plans. The position supports independent and assisted living suites within Levante Living’s growing portfolio. You will also develop team member skills, participate in community activities, and manage care resources according to budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
- Keep resident care plans current and independence focused
- Lead infection prevention and control practices
- Develop team member skills and support growth opportunities
- Resolve resident and family concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Completed Nursing program
- Current registration with the CNO
- Three or more years in a leadership role
- Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
- Compliance with Ontario College of Nursing and RHRA Apply nursing leadership, care planning, and infection prevention expertise as Levante Living’s Director of Wellness.
