Support TD Securities’ global businesses from Toronto by strengthening regulatory adherence, operational controls, and governance across wholesale banking. As Manager II, Governance & Control, you will partner with business leaders, G&C; teams, and Control Partners. You will help ensure policies, procedures, and controls are appropriately governed. The position requires risk, audit, or compliance experience, alongside business acumen and confident communication.

Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ risk, audit, or compliance experience
