You will provide tailored financial information, apply accounting and tax knowledge, and guide client-facing teams through evolving reporting needs. The position combines engagement leadership, portfolio management, quality control, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead compilation, review, tax, and financial transaction engagements
- Deliver assurance expertise through reports and management presentations
- Manage client portfolios, risks, relationships, and account development
- Plan engagements, schedules, budgets, billing,



and collections
- Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews

Requirements:
- Five years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of agriculture industry practices is an asset
- Understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Experience with Caseware, TaxCycle, and Microsoft Office Apply assurance leadership, agriculture knowledge, and accounting expertise while managing clients and developing professionals at MNP.
