Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Croesus Campus center of expertise
- Develop training catalogs, learning paths, and operational processes
- Design digital and artificial intelligence-integrated learning solutions




- Oversee Workday Learning configuration and platform optimization
- Measure adoption, learning transfer, and organizational performance contributions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced hands-on LMS configuration and optimization experience
- Instructional design and training content creation track record
- Skilled fluency in French and English Bring strategic learning leadership, Workday Learning expertise, and talent development experience to Croesus’s evolving workforce programs.
