Empower Staffing Services is currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers for our client, a company specializing in commercial refrigeration manufacturing.

The successful candidate will assist with manufacturing, assembly, and general production duties in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Support daily production line operations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and components.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing materials as directed.
- Use basic hand and power tools when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous manufacturing, production, or general labour experience is an asset.
- Previous carpentry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools,



and measuring equipment is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to commute reliably to Etobicoke.
