NP Mortgages Inc. is hiring mortgage agents in Scarborough, including agents whose Ontario licence has expired or lapsed.

If you were previously licensed as a Level 1, Level 2, or Broker in Ontario and want to return to the business, we can help work out your path back: for licences expired less than 2 years, we can initiate FSRA reinstatement; for longer lapses, we can help with a new Level 1 application and retaking the course if needed. Please be ready to share your previous level and exact expiry date so we can confirm which path applies.

You must already be based in Canada, and hold a valid licence before starting. We offer training and mentorship, back-office support, and a team workplace.

Job type: Full-time

Pay: Commission-based only

Requirements:

- Previously FSRA-licensed in Ontario (Level 1, Level 2, or Broker)

- Based in Canada / GTA preferred

- Willing to attend in-person training and meetings at the Scarborough office

- Strong communication, follow-up, and organization

- Self-motivated

- Comfortable with commission-based income
