CLINICAL OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to provide a broad range of dental services and deliver exceptional care. You will have the opportunity to grow your clinical skills with mentorship and training from experienced dental professionals, while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment.

Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher

What we’re looking for

- DDS, DMD, or BDS from an accredited program, or successful completion of the NDEB equivalency process
- Eligible to practise dentistry in Nova Scotia and registered or in the process of registering with the appropriate Nova Scotia dental regulatory body
- Dentists currently registered in another Canadian province are welcome to apply, subject to Nova Scotia registration requirements
- New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- A patient-first approach, collaborative mindset, and ability to work independently
