About the Role

As an Apprentice Plumber,



you'll work alongside experienced plumbers on a variety of residential and commercial projects while developing the technical skills and practical knowledge needed to become a successful Journeyperson.

You'll gain hands-on experience across different areas of the plumbing and heating trade, learning to complete installations, troubleshoot problems, interpret drawings, and work safely and efficiently on site.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, asks questions, accepts feedback, and wants to continually improve. You'll be supported by a team that values mentorship, quality workmanship, and helping employees build a rewarding long-term career.

What We're Looking For

- Registered plumbing apprentice, with preference for 2nd–4th year apprentices
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Valid BC driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, reliability, and accountability
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively alongside others
- Pride in producing quality work
- Commitment to job-site safety and professional development
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the plumbing and heating industry

The Work You'll Be Doing

Our projects offer a variety of hands-on learning opportunities across several areas of the plumbing and heating industry, including:

- High-end custom residential homes
- Commercial plumbing
- Residential service




- Plumbing systems and installations
- Heating systems
- Gas installations
- Hydronic heating
- Air-to-water heat pump systems
- Drain tile systems
- Sump pump installations

Working across a variety of projects will help you develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and gain the experience needed to advance through your apprenticeship.
