Job Overview

As a Golf Simulator Attendant, you’ll help guests enjoy a welcoming, smooth, and engaging visit. You’ll support simulator sessions, answer questions, and assist with guest needs while contributing to a friendly hospitality environment.

Duties

- Welcome guests, explain simulator use and facility guidelines, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Help guests get started, monitor simulator areas, and respond promptly to questions or equipment concerns.
- Support food service and cash handling as needed, following established procedures and keeping transactions accurate.
- Use clear public speaking to share instructions with groups, including children, and help maintain a comfortable, organized setting.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, a guest-focused approach, and the ability to explain instructions, assist visitors, and handle routine service tasks accurately. Preferred: Experience working with children, public speaking, customer service, guest services, cash handling, food service, or hospitality can help you contribute confidently in a busy, welcoming workplace.

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
