For You Medical Clinic in Langley, BC has 6 providers and a team of 3 full time MOAs. We’re looking for a caring, dependable MOA to join our front-office team. Start date: immediate.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in person and by phone with professionalism and empathy
- Manage appointments, faxes, mail, and electronic communication
- Schedule and triage patient appointments
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized
- Support patient care, including taking vitals (height, weight, blood pressure)

Requirements

- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant certificate program (required)
- Strong English communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong multitasking skills and comfortable with computers
- Detail-oriented, dependable,



and respectful of patient confidentiality
- Flexible with changing schedules and job demands

Assets

- MOA experience (we will train the right candidate)
- Juno EMR experience

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
